      Pros

Qubole has been a good place to work since they have a great product, have met some great people along the way, and feel that they compensate their employees fairly.

      Cons

--Marketing leadership doesn't know how to position ourselves in the market --G TM strategy has never been fully ironed out from day one --Invests too much in product and little in marketing and sales --Leadership claims to be transparent, but when the going et's rough, they hide behind the reality of the situation --Has never built a culture around growth and development for their employees

      Pros

      - Fastest growing market in SaaS, the intersection of cloud and big data trends - Terrific customer base; great brands; expanding fast - Some of the brightest, most talented people you will ever meet - Some of the nicest people you will ever meet

      Cons

      - Business performance issues; sales are lower than expected; material product challenges - Sales leadership is abrasive and hierarchical; India leadership is known to be the same - Political environment; favoritism; tough to constructively challenge - Lack of coordination between functions; missing singular focus - Lots of spending without business case; much of it wasted

      Pros

Very talented group of people and the product is beautiful.

      Cons

One of the most politicized environments I've ever seen. Anger and pettiness fuel the sales culture, which has created a highly toxic environment. There is a very clear reason for massive turnover in the sales dept, it is directly related to sales leadership. If you enjoy bullying, being heavily micromanaged, and sales mgmt who are incapable of coaching without inexplicably screaming when things don't go their way......this is the place for you!

      You've been warned

      Pros

Some very smart people here and the platform itself is beautifully built. It sells itself, if presented to the right person at the right time.

      Cons

The culture created by senior sales leadership is highly politicized, unprofessional and borderline abusive. You WILL be tested, questioned CONSTANTLY, and made to feel like you don't belong. This activity isn't just enforced by leadership, it's encouraged by them in peer to peer relationships as well. I HIGHLY encourage you, if offered employment here, to really vet out the culture from all aspects. If you can handle it, go for it. If your gut tells you otherwise, listen to it.
