I have been working at Quicken Loans full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

All of the logistical perks are great (insurance, environment, etc).

    Cons

Some of the leadership seems spread thing or not selected correctly, normally at the direct leader level.

I worked at Quicken Loans for less than a year

    Pros

FoC as a "Family of Companies" is incredible. Network effects are amazing. You could work an entire lifetime with 100+ different jobs in one consortium of companies. Direct access to Dan Gilbert. Love the ISMS. Some of my life's GREATEST mentors came from the FoC

    Cons

While I DEEPLY admire the FoC ... your experience as a Business Analyst Intern will be HIGHLY contextualized by which you you become a part of. Capital Markets - Work House. Data Teams - Heavily amounts of fascinating learning. But anything under the CIO ... if you're not a developer yourself, you definitely play "second-fiddle."

I worked at Quicken Loans full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Casual wear, wfh flexibility, free snacks/coffee, mature agile practices, the culture/ISMs

    Cons

If you work there you will be harassed if you do not use their products even if other companies are more competitive. Too many leaders who are under-qualified, alcoholics, or insecure. Upper leadership curses flagrantly in meetings to increase "the cool factor". Many departments do not receive raises and they expect people to take commission based jobs without telling them the pay/bonus structure. Too many vendictive leaders who block people from promotions or getting jobs in other sister companies or departments.
