I worked at Quicken Loans full-time

    Pros

Compensation was great, leadership is spotty depending on who your team lead is.

    Cons

No work life balance, the company pushes the idea that if you like work you don't need the other part because it's "all work/life" lol. Things are very micromanaged, if you take more than half an hour to eat be prepared for an awkward conversation about what took you so long.
