    Pros

    Clear promotion levels, high levels of mobility.

    Cons

    Internship has nothing to it of substance that makes you a more marketable candidate with other companies. For someone looking to build stock in the professional foundation and is unsure of their intended career path, this position is not friendly to learning. You will receive a chance to become a licensed MLO but as you’ll find out, you won’t have needed a college degree to do that. The soft skill development really depends on how engaged your director is. The technical skills are only related to mortgages.

    Amazing work environment, exciting to come to work everyday. Energetic people. Great training. Used fitness center for discounted price. Direct conversations with upper leaders

    you work a lot, but if you want to succeed that is what it takes.

    Pros

    Great Energy. Really awesome company culture. Many intern outings and bonding opportunities. Team projects and real world application. Allowed free reign to mold the internship experience. Trip to Detroit to visit the company HQ.

    Cons

    Some menial tasks and slow days on the job. Unorganized scheduling at times leaving slow days.
