      Pros

      It has a vast range of products, having legacy technology to new. This benefits you to achieve knowledge on wide range of networking technologies specifically L2 and L3. You get free hand to do hands-on on any devices. The lab is equipped with required tester and devices to feel the networking (rather than just visualizing). You get to experience some of the technologies such as TDMoIP, ETHERNEToTDM, IoT supporting devices, Varsa SD-WAN, etc

      Cons

      You might be forced or made to work on only few technologies rather than exploring all, example you may be asked to work only on legacy devices or you will be bound to some limited technologies. I understand this cons somewhere contradicts my pros, but as I said you get free hand to do HANDS-ON, while dealing with customer will be restricted depending on which department you belongs to.
