      Nothing is good except that they pay on time

      Please be advised that this review may be intended for another company? We do not employ the position "Technical Support Engineer" as we are neither in the Technical Support nor Engineering Industries. Additionally, the salary reported by this poster does not match up with any position's salary on our pay scale. I would also like to note that at RAdata, all full-time employees are eligible for benefits after the posted waiting periods (Health Insurance, FSA, 401K with match, Paid Holidays, Personal Days, and Vacation Time).

      Pros

      Low level employees are nice and friendly, they give the equipment needed. But u have to fight to get it

      Cons

      Where do I start? Management is abusive, you will be talked to and treated like trash. You are overworked to the point you will burn out and they will threaten to fire you over any little thing. The owner is a ego maniac who will talk about himself the whole interview process. Everyone talks behind everyone’s back instead of fixing issues. It’s a extremely toxic environment

      Pros

      There isn't much. After you are there for at least 6 months they match a tiny percent of your 401k contributions.

      Cons

      Low pay, run by a husband and wife team who argue all the time and drag employees into their arguments. Poor benefits, barely and vacation time, and employees and customers are treated VERY VERY badly. The stress level and treatment from management is not worth it. RUN!
