I worked at RBC full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

RBC has been fast growing and is ahead of the curve in creating an inclusive culture for all people to work in.

    Cons

They are working to make it better, but in reality the advertised mobility and job flexibility will be up to your department head, some of whom are simply not there yet in the new way of flexible working. Despite multiple suggestions in year end reviews and the acknowledgement of those reviews by management, little was done to turn the requested changes into action or solutions.
