I worked at RBC full-time for more than a year

    Pros

You can work from home 2 days a week.

    Cons

Internal audit is the worse department in RBC in terms of working culture. Long working hours. Management does not care about the staff. Audit planning is adhoc and timelines are aggressive. Overall, the audit department is a reporting shop. There is no training programs for the audit leads. Will not recommend anyone to work in audit.

    Advice to Management

Tone from the top needs to be changed. Take notice or inquire why each year employees are leaving within 6 months.
