Shady and chaotic

Pros

*Flexible working schedule - except when you're asked to cover different time zones If you're in a country (LATAM or Middle East) with little opportunity to find work that pays you in $ as a contractor.

Cons

1. The contract is not respected so don't believe you'll have any protection based on it, you'll not get your PTO, notice period or bonuses. They're trying to avoid paying taxes in the US so they're asking people to not put all their company details in the contracts which will cause legal problems in the future. 2. Toxic culture and micro management, the founders treat people like numbers which up to a certain point is understandable from a business perspective but once you start firing people for "none performance" when actually the clients are changing their minds about the positions, collaboration and closing the contracts with RE is just petty to frame it like that. You're never in contact with the client as a recruiter and you barely get information about the position and the process in a timely manner. 3. The recruitment processes are absurdly long 5-6 interviews, it take even 1-2 months to get to the final interview with the client because the technical interviews are very few in the company and they are canceling last minute so you have to constantly apologies to candidates for what can only be called a lack of professionalism. As a recruiter you have to do all the employment contracts, prepare CVs and prepare the onboarding before the candidate has the final interview if the client says no, all of that process is in vain, plus is shady and chaotic, that's the best way to describe the process and the company. 3. Very few projects/clients the employees (developers, recruiters, sourcers) are always at risk to lose their job because you can't call yourself a 'big consultancy company' when you have only 2-3 clients that have horrendous expectations. 4. Very little money both for the recruitment team and for the developers the policy often is "offer them as little as possible" On the recruitment side they attract you with the idea that you'll get added on commissions and you'll make a lot of money. Very far from the reality they start paying the commission only after 4 months and considering the processes and the lack of projects is too much work for very little money. AND only It they decide to pay you your bonus because the clause in the contract states "if the clients considers". 5. They have high expectations but have no expertise, the delivery leads are completely overwhelmed and quiet often unreachable because of the poor management dictated by the founders

Pros

Some good people that genuinely care.

Cons

I was threatened to be fired after week 1. Constant cussing, extremely toxic, no HR to reign in the execs. They claim a 7% attrition rate....which really means only 7% of the people they hire only make it to year one.

Pros

Salary is not bad. No other pros.

Cons

Con is the whole employment process and your rights according to agreement. Run away if you have a chance and don't even waste your time.
