Pros
Fully remote. Opportunity to work from everywhere. Nice compensation. Lots of inner resourses like books, tutorials, software etc. Wide specter of projects and technologies.
Cons
Not so fast at salary raising.

It's kinda big company, but from inside you can see "little big planet" - all people are persons, not employees. It feels like tribe - not like mechanism. So it comfortable for life-work balance
Cons
Salary depends on rubbles :( So it cut salary every month and feel not so stable. Actually not so big problem, but...
