* Engineering staffed with incredibly bright people and no shortage of interesting problems to work with them. * Strong collaborative effort within teams * Strong collaborative effort between hardware and software groups * Nice people, friendly environment. Unlimited PTO * Promotes WFH when applicable, isn't weird about actually doing it. * Budget for going to seminars/classes to further technical interests * Pretty cool work culture. While I've been here there has been a day at a food bank, paintball, informal trips like camping/hiking, go karts. Plus free beer + lunch every friday * People are good at their jobs. Current CEO Dale has clear vision on RF Codes future and has built a strong management team to execute with. Monthly company updates track progress across all teams and so everyone has a really good idea on the state of the company.
Cons
Instinct to run and develop solutions before reasonable commitment, although this was largely corrected (and addressed) with new management team.
