      Pros

      Full of hard working people

      Cons

If you are a student, it doesn't matter what you're doing be it a full-time work as a researcher or part-time putting food on a plate in a cafeteria. You're going to get paid minimum wage.

      Pros

In my specific lab I was allowed flexibility and I was able to pick up new skills and in turn teach them to my colleagues. The work environment was very friendly.

      Cons

As a student employee you are only paid minimum wage (usually). This is understandable, although if you have been in a position for multiple years I would hope there are opportunities for raises. I could be wrong here though.

      Pros

Immense freedom Flexible hours Reasonable associates and managers

      Cons

I think it should be a little more than minimum wage for the quality of work we have to do. Grading 25 students over the course of the week is quite laborious and should be compensated more
