    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at RSM Chio Lim full-time

    Pros

    Great colleagues from other departments

    Cons

Most laid back culture Do not promote team work Solo rating with minimum support on training and development Short term prospect with minimum opportunity to rise A lot of politics amongst top management, causing junior execs to suffer Limited opportunities to look beyond what you specialise in, only a few who are good at building their relationship MAY have opportunities Bosses who are stuck up there for too... long seem to be arrogant and point fingers on junior members in order for them to look good The blame game is strong and not everyone will survive Without support and help from management, it's very likely to lose your job fast Worst remuneration and benefits Bosses do not show a single care on how you perform and help you along the way will have dire consequences.

    Advice to Management

Talents are hard to find, stumble upon a few good ones but too bad your elite team is scared of losing their own job hence they played the defensive game all the time.

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee in Singapore

I worked at RSM Chio Lim full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Many opportunities provided. Is a good place to start with, if you want to be a professional. Top managements are nice, fair and listen to juniors opinions.

    Cons

I was treated nicely and fairly, so, no cons to me. Of course, be prepared to take stress in a reputable accounting firm.

    Advice to Management

Training is needed for newly joined candidates. Jobs may be done in more efficient manner.

I have been working at RSM Chio Lim full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Family culture with individual seat provided

    Cons

Management is overly-concerned with billing and job status. Salary is not on par with market rate. Too many administrative duties to be done.

I have been working at RSM Chio Lim full-time

    Pros

Friendly colleagues that will accompany you through tough times but only a few of them left in the firm

    Cons

    - Long working hours - high expectation on quality of work when no guidance provided (mere verbal guidance) and unrealistic timeline given by managers due to lack of staff - expect work to be done over the weekend

    Advice to Management

Be more flexible Let staff spend slightly more than 1 hour lunch won't hurt
