Pros
Very good engineering talent to work with. Good tech learning scope. Flexible environment for work.
Cons
Unrealistic Timelines, development always in a rush. Constantly changing priorities and requirements. Product managers use and review the product after feature is released. Manager designation does not provide opportunity for growing in manager role, best place for customer facing positions only. Multiple lay off cycles and hiring freeze since couple of years. Flat pay hikes, much below industry standards. No yearly stock refreshers. Very less career advancement opportunities.
