Great, friendly work environment and profit share is quarterly, so every 3 months you receive a little extra cash in your pocket.

It’s a very fast passed restaurant and we have very high standards and lots of SOPs (standard operating procedures) to learn and keep track of. We encourage our managers to be in the floor helping the crew and really steer away from sitting in the office.

Canes is very clean and organized. I have nothing but praise for operations. Training is surprisingly rigorous and thorough. It is the cleanest fast food restaurant I've been to. It's a fun work environment. Flexible. Nice management. It has a real family feel. Crew leadership is also heavily promoted, so you have opportunities to grow as a worker and a person. Opportunities to grow within the company are abundant for anyone that wants to move up.

Awesome work environment and culture. Job wasn't difficult at all. Benefits were amazing as well.

Boring work. Tried to move to another position within the company but it fell through, several times. Ultimately I had to leave the company in order to make more money. Most of the office is really spoiled, so spoiled that they don't even know how to put toner in a printer even though it literally shows you on the screen. It's not rocket science.
