I worked at Rakuten full-time for more than 2 years

      Pros

Rakuten is a good place to work, just not for me. My co-workers were very friendly after I was there for a couple weeks. The hardest part of the job was moving as fast as management wanted. Sometimes it was not as easy as management thought.

      Cons

HR policy and not decent HR

        Advice to Management

        - Create a process following environment. Create a proper onboarding process for new joinees. - Get rid of some really rude people in HR department. Don't just hire any HR, specially not from typical service based companies, they are mentally torturing your employee on a day to day basis. - Create an organization, not a disorganization .
