    Pros

    As a a CA you get to learn lots on ERP product side, but in the long run you will not gain relevant experience in financial analysis which is most expected from a CA. You will find difficulty to get into a CA role later on, since you lack relevant experience.

    Cons

    No proper appraisal and hike mechanism, favoritism, hectic work.

    Pros

    1. Wide scope of learning. Will not be restricted only to 1 area. If you want, you can learn new things of different departments.
    2. Very high opportunity for onsite travelling.
    3. Fast-paced, dynamically changing environment, suitable for structuring according to today's market demand.
    4. Nice and helping seniors. They are kind, helpful and very well knowledgeable.
    5. Recognition of a talent if contributed well.

    Cons

    1. Sometime, pressure will be just too much
    2. Division is not entirely structured and the base of the product is not concrete due to the infant nature of the business.
    3. Salary if far less than market standards
    4. No work life balance.
    5. Politics

    1. Concrete the base
    2. Increase manpower
    3. proper divisions to be created and should be acted upon.
    4. Do not lose key people. Identify the issue with the company on the same.
