      How I was Succesful in Randox Labortories Linited UK Marketing

      Pros

      I was the first to start there automation system in my region very succefully installed /instruments at leading Hospitals Also first to start and establish Quality Controls for labs and Hospitals

      Cons

      I was very happy on repeated orders and referrals but was not getting timely support from General manager due to his delayed support and favourism biased attitude towards my region Unfortunate I lost my projects to competitors inspite of having a confirmation assurance from clients

      Randox is a foul- play company. Randox beleive on threatening attitude towards employees..

      Pros

      Worst company and there's no humanity and cluture in this company. They treat employees like a tissue paper ( use & throw). They don't give value to human beings and treat like a slaves. Still British and irish peoples attitude not changed.

      Cons

      Even they don't have proper marketing manager. It's a family owned operating company and every Irish and British peoples of slaves who work for this company want to please the owner's family to get them paid well in Ireland.

      Less or no work as customers are very less in number salary on time Work-life balance Good product

      Cons

      Hire and Fire type no yearly appraisals pay will revise on an average of 3-4 years very poor management Too much politics managers feel their team is their competitor so they will fire them on regular time periods No stability, No money but you will learn a lot of politics No vision and no attitude to grow No training, too much sales pressure
