Realpage is a comfort zone you will never want to leave. The way HR treats with an employee is good and warming.

Pay rate and growth in career along with what you have learnt through your tenure is very shallow than what you would learn and earn from another companies.

The work load is way too high, which requires a normal developer to stretch everyday and disrupts work-life balance, as there will be frequent releases around, and the developers are targeted to achieve so much in less time of a sprint, that is, bug fixing, implementing new features, analysis, code reviews, etc. Only the high-end smart developers can survive in the projects.

I have great work-life balance since I started working with RealPage - Company provides great support and opportunity for professional growth - HR and managements encourage and listen to new ideas, as well as share some insight and feedback on your ideas - As the teams are across the globe, company has diverse culture

* This is all about India Finance and accounting process team feed back * Director is very cunning minded, demotes an employee instead of all successful and many mile stone achievements. * All time discourages * All time supporter to his favorable (Buttering) employee and promoted, i can say to promote his buttering employee, he demoted even though many successful internal company matters and successful liaison with departments. * Shared incentives of one to all but not vise versa. * most of the team are very sarcastic and unpolite mannered Including team Incharge.

RealPage is of the best company to work for. I like the most is work life balance and one can find truly unlike any other companies. Open drop policy where anyone can go and meet leadership team and discuss not only issues but suggestion, innovation & new ways of doing. Best policies for Leaves, Medical Insurance, Learning, Salary etc.,

I really didn't find in my 3 yrs career!!
