What a great place to work!

Very supportive company with lots of training for sales agents. Lots of people to mentor you and help you get your footing in the company.

Cons

Required warm calls for lower level agents can be daunting, but necessary for building your sphere of influence. It can also be a little intimidating knowing the sales levels of some of the top agents while you are getting started.
