      Depends on leadership

      Pros

The money is very good. As a veteran server, I average at LEAST $20 an hour for a serving shift. Typical serving shift is 5-11. On a Friday night shift, I best make at LEAST $200 or it was very slow. I never walk out with less than $100 serving. They do make you be a runner initially, which isn’t terrible. Great room for growth if you try and are good.

      Cons

Being a runner (SP-service partner), is ok. They make half (or less) than servers and work much harder. In a state where they make hourly, being an SP would be great, but Idaho is not ideal for being an SP. Great start to get a foundation for menu knowledge to later move into serving.
