Pros
Everyone treats each other like family, managers are great (for the most part), amazing staff, very flexible hours
Cons
Tip pool for all hostess/hosts, when I first started only the to-go specialist got all the tips but when COVID happened, all the hostesses got tips which stinks. No room to really grow, which isn't a huge deal but still unfortunate
