Cons
Be prepared to spend a considerable amount of time on detailed assignments during the interview process. In my experience, these assignments felt closer to free consulting than a standard interview exercise, and ultimately did not result in an offer or actionable feedback. Seen this with so many candidates! it feels like a scam While the mission sounds compelling, the hiring process could be more respectful of candidates’ time and effort. I would recommend future candidates clarify expectations and decision criteria upfront before committing significant hours.
