I have been working at Redington Ltd.

    Pros

The company is a young and innovative culture. There are many opportunities to grow and develop through training, mentors, and project involvement. There is a clear vision of where the company is going and everyone is making an effort to contribute.

    Cons

The long hours are not ideal but manageable (8am-6pm)

    Advice to Management

Opportunity for process improvements which can be seen that they are making

I have been working at Redington Ltd. for less than a year

      Pros

Fast growing, friendly, excellent bright people, smart and nice office. As an intern was able to go on social events inc. jp morgan run, cricket matches and other. Interacted a lot with the various members of my team.

      Cons

Fairly repetitive day to day and not an awful lot of autonomy within projects - fairly bitty small tasks instead of something slightly bigger. Little/no exposure to any of the company's actual work with clients.

      Advice to Management

Perhaps spend a little more time with interns as senior members of staff - I never even met one of the directors even thought there were under 100 people in the office!

I have been working at Redington Ltd.

      Pros

at redington, it was a pleasure to be able to be able to take on early responsibilities once you are ready.

      Cons

The guidance and support is less comprehensive, so you need to manage your own time and learn stuff by yourself,.

      Advice to Management

the senior management could actually spend a little bit more time understanding the employee needs, and to spend some time on helping employees progress
