I worked at Reed in Partnership full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Incredible colleagues with a wealth of experience and expertise

    Cons

Unrealistic targets. Managers bully their staff and have no idea what they are doing. All they care about is job entries and have no thought for wellbeing of staff or participants. Seriously this place will destroy you if you work here.

I have been working at Reed in Partnership full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Get to make a positive difference to the lives of individuals. The days go by really fast. Your get to manage your own case load and take responsibility for your own work.

    Cons

Profits (job entries and outcomes) come before the needs of the people using the service, which unfortunately seems to be the case in all similar for-profit organisations, of which Reed is by far not the worst. If you are driven by helping people and not targets, this may not be right for you.

I have been working at Reed in Partnership part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Excellent holiday entitlement, lovely people, feeling like part of a great successful company. I was promoted within my first month, and I am looking to progress further and Reed are trying to help me do that. I have never been recognized for my hard work in any other company.

    Cons

Reed have very strict restrictions on computers and IT can be slow to resolve, as it's such a large company things like this can get lost.
