I have been working at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Regeneron is a great place to work. They go above and beyond the typical employer by having BBQ's in the summer, bikes that can be rode around campus and a competitive salary. Regeneron is a young company with great potential as they are growing tremendously.

    Cons

Since the company is growing so quickly, management is starting to lose sight of their own employees.

I have been working at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Lots of freebies, benefits are good, lots of opportunity to climb the ladder.

    Cons

Management is starting to become disconnected from their employees. There is also a lot of personal relationships that get in the way of qualified people being promoted.

    Advice to Management

Be more present. Promote those who are actually qualified.

I have been working at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

They're not stingy on PTO and give extra 2 to 4 hour blocks of time around holidays to allow employees more flexibility. Many advancement opportunities for those who are willing to go above and beyond on a consistent basis.

    Cons

Requires a lot of discipline if you're not used to working in this type of environment. Can be stressful at times.

I have been working at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good company overall, treats employees well, some managers are amazing, good benefits

    Cons

Can be hard to move up, titles of employees do not reflect the actual work and performance. Favorites depending which group you are in. Some departments are WAY worse than others. The department you work in can make or break your experience here (avoid QC and Manufacturing).

    Advice to Management

Promote based off skill and ability, not years in the company or position.

I worked at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The benifits are great for the area. There are several internal trainings to improve yourself.

    Cons

It's a growing company and is suffering from growing pains, most notably talent seems to be getting lost in the shuffle. Management plays favourites

    Advice to Management

Put less career development in managers hands. Most managers are focused on how they can get ahead, not how to help develop their people.

I worked at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Salary, benefits, and the company mission. The science community is much happier and satisfied than the G&A organizations.

    Cons

The SS&P organization is not run well, The business doesn’t have any reason to follow good sourcing practices because the leadership does not have the respect or authority to use good sourcing practices. The company allows and promotes escalation as a means to get what you want, feeding a very reactive and permissive response to ridiculous business requests

    Advice to Management

The data will show you what’s going on in the organization, retention rate in SS&P is horrible.
