I worked at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals for less than a year

    Pros

A project-based internship gave me the opportunity to have independence while having mentorship from my manager. They still made networking possible by holding virtual intern events despite being a remote internship. Overall, an extremely friendly work environment with opportunities to learn about other departments.

    Cons

Remote but, thankful for still being able to have an industry experience.

Little empowerment below Exec Dir, VP level. Lack of program priorization leads to heavy workload. Benefits, such as 401k etc, not as good as Pharma companies.
