    Pros

    Good for new stylist to build technical skills and customer service

    Cons

    Work hard for 50 percent commission. You will find yourself consistently making them 1500 or more in 4 days. They are ALWAYS understaffed so you are forced to work faster, and harder, under stressful conditions. The company will allow you to work non stop towards that commission goal, and then they will put fake appointments in your book so you don’t obtain commission. The company gets away with not paying you the 500$ or more that you deserve a week. Instead of a honest hard earned paycheck you come home with a disappointment and 8.25 an hour. If you are a parent, and pay towards a 21,000 dollar cosmetology education, and find yourself working relentlessly, while unable to afford rent in even the lowest of economic housing . even if you work 50 hours a week you can’t afford food and shelter for your family.

    Flex schedule, work/life balance, free employee meals program

    Cons

    Lower than average salary, no performance reviews or raises except for higher level execs/management, the top execs only care about themselves they'll throw you under the bus or take credit for your hard work, poor middle management, no incentives, no diversity/multiculturally tone deaf, no recognition, no layalty, constant turn around and layoffs and they treat you like you're a criminal when you leave no matter how long you've worked there, no accountability, HR only protects the companies interests and they spy on you nothing is confidential.
