      Unreasonably stressful

      Pros

Your fellow colleagues are generally amazing to work with, and always try to help.

      Cons

Everything else is ridiculously, unnecessarily stressful. Zero upward mobility. This company should be one of the best to work for, especially in times of a global pandemic, but unfortunately upper management seems to have no idea what this company wants to be or where it wants to go. Sad.

      Inconsistencies Ruins This Company!

      Pros

The pros of working for Regus as a Community Associate are set working hours, opportunities for networking with different types of people in a variety of different fields, and work environment amongst co-workers.

      Cons

The challenges of working for Regus are poor communication skills from upper management, inconsistent training practices, high turnover of employees lead to mismanagement of resources and continuity issues when dealing with client legacy files. The centers that I've been assigned to have been disorganized and no one seems to care that it's in disarray.

Worst company and culture that I've ever worked for

      Pros

work life balance, meeting nice clients

      Cons

It's like working at a several companies, even it's all in Regus and in the same area. Under different team leaders, you'll get different way to solve problems and you'll dunno which one is you should believe at. Because they will give different standards. Oh, by the way, all of the ways won't help you out to solve problems for clients. All the teams will tell you "That's not my job, find someone else or other teams". All you can do is pray the problem will solve by itself. I really do agree that other comments about "bad management, upper management does not know what they're doing". Their job is only send you or forward e-mails and talk about nothing even if you have bunch of questions to ask. They can only said "follow the policy, it's all on that mail". Job training? what's that? Oh yes, they give you an online training program and ask you to finished it in 1-2 months when you just a new-be then you seem have ability to solve all problems like superman that the online training doesn't tell you. No bonus, poor salary, don't expect promotions

Nice place to meet people, that's aobut all

      Pros

Meeting + Networking with various people/clients. Off on weekends.

      Cons

Not the best management (AM) within the centers + upper management (AVP) doesn't care at all, HR seemingly doesn't care neither. In my center, manager was extremely fake with clients as well as employees. As a Community Manager, you have no authority to do much of anything so the management title is out of the window. A CM usually has between 1-2 direct reports. You're really just a CSR who deals with more of the invoice side of things getting paid two dollars more than the CSR. Everything has to get escalated because the company is ran so sideways and like I say: CM's really don't have much pull with anything to actually go in and resolve issues. Rarely a genuinely happy client, most times clients invoices are completely messed up and resolving issues within Regus is beyond a hassle. Huge turnover rate for employees. Absolutely no room for growth within the company. I would not recommend, even for someone out of college looking for part-time, there are way better opportunities.

      Regus is a joke

      Feb 14, 2020 -

      Pros

      No real structure Flexible schedule

      Cons

They change the policies at a moments notice. There’s no real structure in place when it comes to training. No one is on the same page, the team who interacts with the clients in person have to deal with the terrible corporate office service from the Account Helpdesk. Upper management tells you its ok to do one thing and it backfires and now the client is upset with you. This is definitely a what have you done for me lately company and they show no empathy towards life outside of Regus. The money isnt worth it.
