I worked at Reliance One full-time for less than a year

    Pros

They have a great outlook on work-life balance and culture.

    Cons

Poor planning and communication. Hired new employees with plans to expand, only to restructure, downsize, and have company wide lay offs.

I worked at Reliance One full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Ping pong table & work from home option (when they approve)

    Cons

Horrible training, horrible management, they trick you into taking the job by harassing you & making it sound ideal. Once employed, the training is rushed & not thorough. They treat you like a child. Hired 4 people in December just to do a headcount reduction in January. Laid off 10+ people. This company is a joke.

I worked at Reliance One full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Fake team culture, access to a gym

    Cons

Pretty much everything is a lie here. They act like all you have to do is work hard and you will see the benefits. The truth is even 12 hours day won't keep them happy. You are under a microscope at all times and if you even step a millimeter across whatever invisible line they decide exists that day, you will be fired UNLESS you are one of the chosen few, ruthless, backstabbing recruiters who steal spread and will do anything for a dollar. Its a great place to go if you want to see what ex-frat party boys look like popping Adderall all day long while pretending to have family values.

I worked at Reliance One full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

I had the pleasure of being employed by Reliance One for almost three years. They are moving in the right direction as a company. They are providing their recruiters with more flexibility and provide a fun work environment. You have the chance to make a great living as a recruiter. They provide you with all of the recruiting tools that you need to be successful. If you listen to management and follow all of the processes, they will put you in a position to succeed. If you are looking for an opportunity that allows you flexibility as well as the opportunity to make a great living, I would recommend Reliance One.

    Cons

As with most companies within the staffing industry, this is a performance based company. There is a lot of pressure to hit your KPI's every week. This can be stressful for some, but if you are driven and competitive you will not have an issue.

    Pros

If your a Trump voter , White Male or Minority "Uncle Tom" this place is for you

    Cons

You will hear the dumbest most insensitive things you have ever heard. You will continue to question " is this legal?" its like stepping into the worst broke down version of "Boiler Room" They are a staffing sweatshop I had a manager brag to me about his 45K base pay and $600 commission check . I mean might be alot if your last job was in retail?

    Reliance One Response

    May 28, 2019VP of Recruitment

While we do appreciate you taking the time to write a review and share your opinion, it does not give an accurate account of the people, the culture and our core values we uphold at Reliance One. Additionally, our Reliance One leadership team is an established group of individuals (male and female), and it is their top priority to lead the company and within the community with integrity. I do wish your time with Reliance One would have been a more positive experience and you would have been able to settle down with a company and create a long-term career with us. The staffing and recruiting industry is very competitive and it takes a driven and committed person to put the energy into it in order to receive the rewards – financially speaking, but also changing someone’s life. If you feel the need to discuss your time with us any further, please don’t hesitate to reach back out.

I have been working at Reliance One full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Have the opportunity to change individual's lives daily while matching them with career opportunities. The culture is relationship-driven internally and externally - going to work everyday is fun because of the people you work with. Tons of opportunities for upward mobility with various career path options and uncapped commission structure.

    Cons

While no company is perfect, management has been working diligently to adapt to changing market trends and listening to new ideas from internal employees to improve the overall work environment and streamline processes. This isn't a "con", but illustrates how open to change the company has become.
