Worst start up ever to work with

CEO is good.. thats it. But he is in a different world altogether. May be from above there he thinks everything is fine down there.. but clearly thats not the case

Cons

1. whatever they tell you at thhe interview and before that... ALL LIES 2. work atmosphere sucks 3. was offered a good marketing profile at the time of interview but later on was made to do the executive level job 4. no space for employees to even sit, I was made to sit near the washroom.

The first few weeks went great when I didn't know much about the company and the team

Cons

CEO used to be a nice guy, everyone used to respect him but that's not the case anymore. Has taken some really bad decisions, asks managers to be harsh on their subordinates, gets easily influenced and lacks general business acumen. About 40 people have lost their jobs due to his lack of foresight :(

The co had a vision at the start.. Soon you wil realize it's all shady.

Cons

Pathetic management to start with. Anybody is the boss. Earlier they fired people with no notice but when people raised their voice on Twitter n fb so they have come up with a new policy now & that's " mental harassment ". Especially female employees are mistreated. Few have already left the company because of this. They torture you by giving you unrealistic deadlines. They sideline you from the team. They threaten you and find new ways of insulting you in front of colleagues. No point of complaining to the management coz they are the one's doing this. Not recommended at all. Save yourself.. Save your career
