Pros
This is a great place to work for as a fresher as well as for experienced. Timely Salary. Your managers are always helpful and approachable at anytime. Manager Bala has really been helpful in work whenever you need and he always brings positive mindset for people around him. The same goes for all your authorities in this organization. Treating everyone in the same way.
Cons
Early hike could be better but apart from that everything is great.

Pros
I'm thrilled to share my thoughts on Responsive (formerly RFPIO). It's truly an exceptional company, and the work culture here is nothing short of amazing. I have been working here for over 2+ years and one of the remarkable aspects of Responsive is the level of independence. We're encouraged to demonstrate our skills and capabilities. Our leadership team provides us with the opportunity to prove ourselves, fostering an environment where innovation and initiative are encouraged. What sets Responsive apart is the kindness and approachability of our leaders, particularly the C-suite members. Their genuine care for each employee is evident, and our company's values, like "See something, say something" (S4), are more than just words—they're lived and embraced. The HR team at Responsive plays a significant role in making everyone feel welcome and valued. Their doors are always open, and we can reach out to them at any time for support and assistance, ensuring that our needs are met and our concerns are addressed. As a woman, I believe Responsive is an exceptional workplace. The inclusivity and support for women are truly commendable, making it an environment where every woman can thrive and excel. In conclusion, Responsive is more than just a company—it's a place where individuals are empowered, valued, and encouraged to reach their full potential. I'm proud to be a part of this wonderful organization that embodies a remarkable work culture and a genuine commitment to its employees.

Pros
Great company to work for. Comfortable and friendly working environment.
Cons
Will not recommend anyone especially freshers to join the support team right now. Too much politics and you will be treated poorly. The mangers are underqualified and dominating. They have no knowledge of the product and you have to deal with their incompetence.

Pros
4.5 days of work per week. Timely salary. Hybrid
Cons
The company has two faces. The people and culture in the US looks great and they are employee friendly, centric, cool place to work etc. Whereas, the one in Coimbatore, India, thats an upside down. Here it's all dominated by the long time employees who joined the company in its initial stages. These untouchables go to any extent to safeguard themselves and their power and influence in the company (back-stabbing, cornering, micro-managing, cheap politics etc). The founders believe in them and act upon their decisions and recommendations, with their eyes closed. Inefficient HR team. By showcasing their people and culture in US, Responsive.io (Formerly RFPIO) has created and illusion and claims to be a cool place to work, to attract talents in India, where its actually a mess. In some aspects, it's not a safe place for women.
