A relaxed, blame-free environment with an 'all in' approach that goes above and beyond your typical company hierarchy structure. For the last two years, I've worked at Revive, and one of the most refreshing and reoccurring compliments I hear is people don't get the "Sunday scaries" before returning to work on a Monday. A great pool of clients to work with, over thirty staff of mixed ages and a chilled, social atmosphere to work within. Good work/life balance, no pressure to persist past 5 pm and flexibility for staff when required. Plus, the coffee machine is a godsend.

Cons

The outer building hallways some times smell like poop.

Our past reviews are genuine and from our employees, something they have chosen to do over the years - which we are extremely humbled by. Our employee turnover rate sits at around 8% a year - the national average in the UK is 15%, so we're very proud of this. We also work hard to maintain a good relationship with any members of our team that move onto other roles and often find ourselves working with them again in the future. We offer weekly 121s with the team to ensure that our employees are happy and heard.
