      Great location Plethora of systems

      Cons

      There’s not enough time to learn a skill when a few people are doing the work of several. Softwares are not troubleshooted before switching over which creates a mess of cleanup. Not sure how this is sustainable in long term.

      I don't see any positives other than you get to learn on your own. Is that positive?

      Cons

      The Director of Operations needs to learn how to manage and set expectations. The manager of the NOC is a hot head, does not know how to mentor. These folks are completely lost. The reason being the entire company that was with Magna5 and leftovers are pissed that their teams were stripped down to bare bones and now are constantly fighting fires. VERY VERY Dysfunctional.

      The team is really nice and everyone wants to help each other. Hybrid model is very convenient!

      Cons

      Processes can be a little long but nothing bad to say about RingSquared.
