The work culture is really awesome in Rivigo. Rivigo is not a company, it is Good institution where we can learn new skills and share our ideas to grow the company. Can learn everything for a logistics need u can gain experience here quickly and can apply for a much well reputed logistics firm.
Cons
There is no proper infrastructure like, restrooms ,cafeteria. Appraisal is quite decent. Leave will be a problem for the guys because its 24/7 firm, People are working more than there shift timing it will not balance their work-life.
