- Very Less package compared to market and competitors. - worst HR policies and HR ticketing systems - Process oriented, lot of process to learn - Internal politics - Onsite and other opportunities are less now a days - Increment seems decent only compared with % but not with total value - 10% Variable pay - People who acting like working will be appreciated by management - Optional Parental insurance with very high premium cost - Reimbursement on endrolling online self learning courses subject to budget limit.

You won't find growth once you reach senior position. Most of the time your managers will be more interested in your certifications, company goals, client goals. But they miss out the actual talent.
