Pros
•Short development cycles of complex MEMS sensors. See and experience the performance of our development in every day consumer electronics (phones, smart watches, headphones) is very rewarding. •Opportunities to learn from the best specialists in the field from many disciplines (packaging, asic, MEMS, test, data analysis) , and from the rich expert network at Bosch •Opportunities to have a direct impact in sensors that make it to the top tier of consumer electronic products •Energetic colleagues and managers with personal and human touch. •Resources to innovate, to self-develop, to start actions with impact in the organization in the short and long term are not a problem. • Flexibility to work remote (some days a year), home-office, and work-life balance encouraged and supported by managers. • Lot of sustainable options offered by the company for commute, local transportation. • Opportunities to contribute in company development by taking active role shaping the way we work and the place we work. • Lot of benefits such as subsidized meals, transport, discounts in products, and services.
Cons
• Location of the headquarters is not appealing, though it is in a very nice area of the region. There are some good options to commute from bigger cities around. • Roadmap changes frequently to capture opportunities in the market. That might create some anxiety to some. Consumer electronics market is very dynamic. • Some product phases can be very demanding and create some strain in colleagues. Some stress might arise. Generally those phases are limited in time, and supported with resources.

Pros
Great office, very friendly company culture, lots of opportunities to learn something new. Work life balance is great. You can work with people from all around the world. Travel.
Cons
Salary is meh, processes often feel bloated and badly adapted for some projects. Too many managers for the amount of engineers. Tools can be really outdated but this is starting to change. Very top-down approach to management.

Pros
Pays well, but not for the work you put in.
Cons
Doesn't respect employees Upstairs is willing to throw you under the bus if it means they cover themselves Plenty of gossip but no communication regarding the job Point system Room for growth, but theres extreme favoritism Neglects to listen to employees on the floor regarding ways to improve efficiency Line work is rough, but if you do anything else on the floor, be very aware that anything you do can be used against you, and no good deed goes unpunished.

Pros
- Great atmosphere and stability. If you got the right manager, you have a plenty of room to grow. - You can definitely manage your career, and this is also expected of you. - Great team cohesion if you also take the initiative to build the team. - High share of home office and freedom to manage your own work. - In my case huge global impact. - Plenty of benefits for people with families. (Family day, Easter, Santa Clause) - Super cool office with great facilities and on site cafeteria with acceptable prices.
Cons
- Plenty of people who are just present in the office but not really contribute and are not kicked out/let go. - Compensation is generally always 1-2 year behind the market. After every wage increase you will feel that the market is still way ahead. - After a certain level, you get stuck with the salary, as from global perspective Hungary is a low cost location. - There are bad / incompetent managers who are also not kicked off, especially if they are since a long time with the company.
