I have been working at Robert Bosch Tool Corporation full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Decent tools—that’s it. 401k is nice.

    Cons

They have no staying power and this company will be gone in a few years in regard to power tools selling in retail stores. They will be a niche player only—not a complete power tool player. Management is a joke. They are horrible. Never take blame but Damon good at giving it. That’s the reason all management is leaving as they see the light at the end of the tunnel. Bosch won’t play the “promo” game but Dewalt and Milwaukee will and they keep growing and owning the market. Bosch is too stuck on “were #1 brand globally” line of nonsense because in Germany/Europe they are 80% market share but in the US ( where we all work) you aren’t even top 3—Not even close. In all honesty you are irrelevant.
