A large majority of the feedbacks in such media convey that we (RBEI) have a good work life balance –which anyway as an industry phenomenon is more moving towards work life integration in the current times. Our attrition has come down considerably last two years and we are continuously working towards better employee experience which we believe will help us in retaining our associates. However should you have any issues in your project workload, please feel free to speak to your Department Manager or HR Business partner to find a win-win solution.
