Work life balance (atleast for senior management as they come by 10.30-11am & leave by 4-4.30pm)

Company culture, Restructuring in every 2-3 years as Company works on very short term strategy of 2-3 years (If that way of working can even be termed as strategy), No long term vision, Many Instances of Senior management being fired & asked to leave immediately. Continuous Degrowth in business in last 5-6 years, Lack of intent, focus & seriousness by Management to grow business which impacts people at lower level during restructuring. Not a company to work if you are hired at junior & mid level management.

Pros

This company is full of pros, very supportive management, good employee policies, you can feed your ideas. You can be innovative. Great work life balance. Highly specialized products in the ppipeline always.

Cons

Basicaly there are so few. Only one thing is that the processes are slow, but that is okay with for such a giant.
