Pros
The work you do matters - the tech we build is used heavily and has a direct impact on the business. If you are looking to make an impact and learn you will have opportunities! I've been here a few years and seen a lot of internal promotions for a company this size. Limited bureaucracy - the attitude is generally focused on delivery and making an impact on the business. The people here are genuinely good to work with - they care about what they do and are fun to be around!
Cons
If you are a very process focused person you may find it chaotic. Priorities can change frequently - generally the client and leadership understand the implications and are reasonable about it.

Great company that fosters everyone to strive to be the best versions of themselves in and out of the workplace. Encouraged to chase after your dreams and given tools to actually do so.
