Pros
This company is a joke, they have some great co workers, however there is a reason they’re only turn over 67% of hirers… They fire all there good workers who actually want to succeed, and grow within the company.
Cons
The Hr team is extremely disrespectful, and childish, and takes things much further than they need to about small situations, I wish i could say all of your co workers will be nice but some people are just out to get you and have a hard out for you. Whorable work environment, extremely toxic, and you have to feel like you’re walking on eggshells just to talk to others. I wouldn’t Recommend working here if you want a job you can stay with.. that’s for Shure.

Great or nightmare depends on leadership

Pays decent, benifits, safety actually important to the company, co-workers nice, overtime usually available if desired but not mandatory on wet wipes side
Cons
Good or terrible working environment depends on supervisors, promote based on seniority not skills, attendance policy ridiculous, filter side mandatory overtime has you working 6 days a week when you're scheduled for 4.
