I worked at Rockstar Games full-time for less than a year

    Pros

It was great to work on some of the biggest projects in the gaming industry. There is good scope to learn a new skill/workflow, but after that, it tends to get very monotonous.

    Cons

Felt let down by the management and the dept lead, as there was a clear stink of favoritism in the air. The environment dictatorial in nature.

I worked at Rockstar Games full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    1) Good Hikes and perks 2) One would be enjoying the work as it involves gameplay in daily checklist 3) Wide variety of benefits that will be very pleasing

    Cons

    1) Multiple personality disorder NOC management. 2) Complaints would only make your day worse and the change will exist for fewer days. 3) Most spectacular personnel's to work with you would never ever see this kind of people anywhere in the whole world. 4) Leave policy is the biggest term you would hear here. Which doesn't exist in HR dictionary. 5) There's a saying called far objects appear blurry. But trust me guys here everything is blurry when you work in R*. Like your Future, Skills, Life, Work life balance.. Everything. 6) Made mistake, I was having no one to warn. But I will take the caption of being the savior.
