I worked at Rogers Communications full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good benefits and employee share plan. Some good people

    Cons

Can't seem to adapt to a Digital first, which is were the industry is heading, and revert back to relying on their broadcast offerings. If you are looking to grow your digital career, I would suggest this may not be the best fit. Big lack of understanding what other teams do, which causes a lot of friction, and toxic relationships are apparent. Too many chefs in the kitchen. Seems nothing can be done without sign off from many parties, so nothing impressive of inovative has chance at seeing the light of day.
