      WORST EXAM conducting body and Process

      No pros, Paper pen based exam like WBJEE

      Cons

      They Treat us like a School Boy, Conducting Exam WBJEE or any others High School Exam. Paper pen which too much Time taking and Recruiter are Don't have Punctuality, they doing their own things own way, mean No Systamatic process. Even You can't complaint anything. Calling us at Sharp 9.30 am and they Starting those process from 2.00 PM They telling in PPT (pre placement Talks) that You have to Pay 3 cheques as a Security Deposit (are you serious!!!). Even You have to pay your 3 Salary to them for more than 2.5 years 😑.

      Although the manager and team lead are reasonable, the team members are difficult to work with. The organization's standards are inadequate, and management seems indifferent. HR offers little support, acting only as a communication channel between employees and management.
