Pros
Rothschild is a place to be, if you are looking for fast career growth. You earn very well. Exit options are really good at analyst level.
Cons
Nature of work tends to be repetitive, so it becomes difficult to stay here for long time. But I guess, that's the industry nature at analyst level. Work life balance is an issue

- One of the only pre-MBA front office M&A roles in India - Great opportunity to learn as you can really decide how much you want to make off the role - Not as cut throat as most US/ EU banks, people are more tolerant - Work life is more balanced compared to other banks

- Salary is not at par with investment banking salaries - Analyst role is a part time role, structured as a consultant for 11 months. Contract is renewed every year
