    Pros

Pros Depends on which Team/Manager, Project and Client you are working for.. so it's always better to understanding the team as quickly as possible.

Experience - You will get a wide variety of experience... again depending upon previous factors.

    Cons

If you are anywhere other than Tamil Nadu, Always be in touch with your load balancing team, It's extremely helpful to not to lose your mind.

Don't discuss your Professional/ personal life or secrets with anyone for any reason - it will backfire.

Don't lend money to local people from your team.

    Advice to Management

    1. You are working for RBS not British East India Company.

    2. It's OK to be stupid and mediocre but you can still be responsible, hardworking and can start making actual sense.

    3. There are University Rank holders working in there as Jr Process associates just because RBS was the first company to show up in their campus and it got too late for them to figure out what they are getting into and to find another job.. keep this in mind when you make personal achievements in their expense and Bragg the same to them.
