    Pros

    Excellent learning, good work done life balance, great people in RBS Business Services Change Management team, however RBS Technology Services doesn't have a great work life balance. Lots of work and new technologies to work on.

    Cons

    Very less travel
    No onsite opportunity.
    Few middle managers are totally useless

    Advice to Management

    Pls remove non-performing PM and Program Managers from London especially contractors.
