Cons

It is essentially a civil engineering consultancy firm that offers services to public sector clients. Since public sector in some countries are ridden with corruption the firm is not winning many projects and hence for individuals the opportunity to work on a variety of projects is diminishing.

Higher level authority should visit site offices and take care of concerns of employees working at site.
