    Lots of training, lots of adventure, great friends/buddies

    Cons

    Old-school culture - slowly modernising but not great at diversity & inclusion modelling from more experienced people. You give up a lot of freedom.

    They help find you the best job out .there for you

    Cons

    When I had my knee injury, they temporarily medically discharged me because they could not take me to the rehab centre due to COVID-19. Which is not their fault.
