      The tech stack is good compared to other companies.

      Cons

      The management is directionless. They change directions with the flick of a light. The people especially some Bengali idiots, who have zero technical knowledge try to lick-split their way to the top. Maybe they are more interested in vlogging than actually contributing anything technically.
